Light, fruity and creamy, Flagship single malt is made with 100% homegrown barley and is the culmination of a bourbon matured style following on from their First and Second Releases launched in 2019. It is now beautifully rounded.

Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery

This field to bottle single malt was initially matured in 200L bourbon casks (filled in 2016), before being transferred to 250L Hogshead barrels from Spain that had held Moscatel for 10 years prior to this. The use of bourbon casks followed by Moscatel barrels to finish creates a really interesting flavourful whisky. Still light and soft like previous releases but with an added depth, more layers of fruit and sweet spices. There are 6000 bottles of this release available.

Whilst sherries like Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso are well known in single malt whisky maturation, Moscatel is much more rare and unusual. Moscatel grapes are known for floral aromas (orange blossom, jasmine and honeysuckle) as well as citric notes like lime and grapefruit. The grapes thrive in sandy soil and Moscatel vineyards are close to the beaches in the sherry region of Spain – making it a perfect match for Filey Bay whisky, made on the Yorkshire Coast.

Distilled in 2016, this ‘field to bottle’ single malt spent years maturing in bourbon casks before transferring to be ‘finished’ in shaved, toasted and re-charred (hence STR) red wine barriques, which came from sunny Rioja vineyards in Spain.

Light, floral, and fruity with notes of summer berries, vanilla ice cream, orange chocolate, and toasted oak.

To enhance the characteristics we love in coastal malts, the Mossburn Casks used were first fill ex-Bourbon barrels with toasted virgin European heads, to provide additional smoky spice.

The Forest Distillery's latest blend is their own blend of complex malt whiskies. Each one is at least 8 years old and they are all 100% malt whisky. They have then taken that blend and finished it in a 50 year old Oloroso cask at the distillery. This cask has previously been used to mature their blends 3 times, and as such, the sherry influence is much less in this than previous releases. The whisky is much softer and gentle in flavour. Definitely very easy to drink, with beautiful notes of toasted European Oak.

The bottles are polished black porcelain with a papercut by the artist Georgia Low glazed with real gold.

The Forest Distillery

Heavily peated single malt whisky made with a mix of Concerto and Laureate malted barley with an in-grain phenol content of 77ppm. Fermented with Pinnacle MG+ and Safspirit M-1 Yeasts. Aged in first-fill Bourbon and re-fill whisky barrels.

Crafted exclusively using rye grain, Lot No.40 is a rich and fruity Canadian whisky packed with plenty of winter spice flavours.

Designed to showcase the complexities of Canadian rye whisky, this product has been matured in new, charred American oak casks. Its rich profile includes notes of rye bread, vanilla, spice and orchard fruits.

Lot No.40’s use of 100% rye is unusual in modern whisky production as the flavoursome grain is difficult to process. The brand’s ancestral production techniques are based on those used by whisky makers in early Canada.

Three spirits come together to give a balance of flavour like no other. Grain whiskey gives sweet flavours. Malt whiskey gives fruit flavours. And pot still whiskey gives spice flavours.

The complex yet approachable flavours in the whiskey are derived from - three types of grain, triple distillation and the blend of all three Irish whiskeys.

Triple cask-matured for depth and balance. Over a period of several years it is aged in traditional refill barrels, ex-bourbon barrels and ex-sherry butts.

Matured for 9 years in ex-Islay Bourbon barrels. The rural Aberdeenshire water, along with local peat and coal fed stills gives a dram with vibrant fresh smoke, sea spray and a hint of citrus zest.

Combining a splendid blend of single malt whiskies, Naked Malt is allowed to mature in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. The name refers to the fact that the casks have never held whisky before, meaning that all that rich, fruity sherry goodness is imparted straight into this tasty blend! Nice and versatile, it's a solid sipper and ideal to have handy when mixing up some cocktails!
