A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, drawn from 12 of the best vintages available in Maison Gardet's cellars. A blend that reflects the knowledge passed from generation to generation since the founding of the estate.

Champagne Gardet

La Cuvee is Laurent-Perrier's signature Champagne, defining the house style with its characteristic lightness, freshness and elegance.

With up to 55% Chardonnay and a minimum of four years aging in the cellars, La Cuvee is delicate yet complex with crisp notes of citrus fruit and white flowers, and great length on the finish.

Using the highest quality Pinot Noir grapes, this iconic rose is one of the few Rose Champagnes that is made by drawing the juice from the black grapes in the vat, instead of blending red and white wines. This gives it the highly expressive bouquet and delicous raspberry and wild cherry flavours tht have made it a benchmark for Rose Champagnes around the world.

Laurent-Perrier

The palate is characteristic of Louis Roederer’s vintages. the attack is ample and dense; a rich and winey fullness is refined by the sweetness, acidity and tight blend of the Pinot noir grapes of Verzenay. The ensemble is perfectly integrated into a subtle texture. Tasting reveals sparkling suggestions of candied fruits, almond paste, toast, white chocolate, and caramel.

Louis Rodererer Champagne

A golden hue with soft, glowing highlights.

Fine, steady, gentle bubbles.

Powerful and complex on the palate, revealing a mixture of yellow fruit (mirabelle plum), juicy, ripe fruits (nectarine), citrus peel (candied orange) and finely-roasted nuts (hazelnut). The nose is simultaneously powdery and sweet, with elegant, chalky notes.

Gentle, tactile and full-bodied on the palate. The bubbles create a gentle, vibrating sensation, then the wine becomes soft, dense and juicy. But it is the chalky freshness that quickly sets the tone: the sweetness becomes energetic and intense, giving the wine an elegant yet powerful texture. Fine, textured tannins reveal a poised and vinous dimension to the wine. The finish is savoury and saline.

The first ever Prestige Cuvee made in England, 1086 represents the pinnacle of our winemaking. Our 2010 vintage has a rich and generous fruit character alongside a savoury and caramelised flavour (the result of almost a decade of ageing). Its texture and richness allow for pairing with some of the most decadent and complex ingredients which highlight the wine’s exquisite character.

Nyetimber

The Prestige Charles Gardet Blanc de Blancs is a wine in search of the perfect balance between freshness, minerality and maturity. It's a light, pure, taut and glossy Champagne.

It is composed of 100% Chardonnay from Premier & Grand Cru vines of the Côte des Blancs (Chouilly, Avize, Cramant, Cuis,…).

Champagne Gardet

50/50 blend of red grapes pinot noir and pinot meunier from Premier Cru rated vineyards. Soft salmon pink in colour, with citrus and floral characteristics on the nose. A silky and textured body, with red and blackcurrants, blackberries, jam and stewed fruit.

Champagne Gardet

An elegant and balanced Champagne. Fresh citrus notes mingled with very ripe pear and peach. The palate has sweet spiced vanilla and floral notes with hints of peppercorns and intense mineral depth. Flowery and fresh with notes of brioche and citrus, together with a clean and persistent mousse.

2/3 Chardonnay & 1/3 Pinot Noir

Champagne Gardet

The Taittinger Vintage Brut is exclusively produced from first press wines, blended from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. The Grands Crus make up a significant proportion at 70%, while the other selected villages are all classified as Premiers Crus. Ageing in the cellars for 5 years enhances complexity and helps the wine to flourish.

The vivid, lively nose exudes fruity and floral aromas, with a white blossom bouquet orchard flowers, lime blossom, honeysuckle) punctuated with aromas of fresh fruits (lemon, peach) giving way to almond notes with a hint of brioche. The palate is crisp and wonderfully precise. With citrus influences, it offers a truly excellent balance of structure and sophistication. The finish is complex, with both elegance and length.
