The nose has jasmine tea notes with white pepper held together by a fine sandy structure. On the palate there are bright floral and mineral nuances with a lingeringly spicy, ginger and exotic finish. A hugely and broadly appealing and accessible Gewürz.

Vinification Process. Granito is a micro-terroir in a granitic soil which is more than 120 million years old. They are old vines with deep roots. It is minerality expressed in the bottle. This blend is from Mingre estate, Maule’s Dry coastal area, 45Km from the Pacific Ocean and 193 meters above sea level. It is product of old vines, which did not receive any irrigation. It is hand harvested at the end of March. Fermentation takes place in old concrete tanks and then the wine is aged in oak for 18 months
Food Match. Roast turkey, lamb, pork, grilled mushrooms, roast pepper
Light, crunchy style of red from a variety that was, until recently, Chile’s most widely planted grape. Derided for years as fit for no more than "jug wines" and eschewed by the country’s larger producers, Pais is, at last, emerging from the shadows of its better known cousins as a new generation of growers embrace its idiosyncrasies and recognise the food-friendly charm of their very own Cinderella varietal. Harvested from the surrounding trees that these old vines have adopted as their home, this has a brightness and scimitar-sharp acidity that is the perfect foil for the rich, hearty dishes, shaking the palate back into life and creating a sense of harmony that would have the Beach Boys weeping tears of joy.
A naturally made, fruity wine with expressive notes of rich plum and ripe black fruits accompanied by subtle spicy notes of cinnamon, and a touch of star anise. Lovely fresh palate with fine tannins and subtle earthy tones.
Amongst the first Chilean blends to champion Carmenere. Rich sumptuous intense black cherries, mulberries and more berries! Vanilla, sweet spice with herbal and savoury tones together with a hint of mint. The palate contains the same berry intensity plus a wonderful warm dusty character, reminiscent of its location. It is a well-balanced and complex wine with soft, round tannins and a long finish that shows both character and personality.
Brilliant pale yellow with pleasing aromas of peaches with undertones of citrus fruits; fresh and fruity on the palate with a zesty, racy acidity driving things along.

A nose of honey, apricots and marmalade extends to a luscious yet well balanced palate. There is some acidity here which adds freshness and keeps the wine very clean. Warm stone fruits, orange citrus and nectarine linger on the pleasing finish.
The delicately cloudy appearance reflects its natural vinification. Vibrant aromas of peach and tropical fruits are layered with buttery notes and balanced by a refreshing natural acidity.
