Founded in 2016 by the Scully family, Clonakilty Distillery is driven by a passion for crafting exceptional Irish whiskey and white spirits. Since 2019, their award-winning spirits have been recognised on the world stage, including “Best Classic Irish Gin” at the World Gin Awards 2023.

Inspired by the Minke Whales that swim wild off the Atlantic Ocean coastline, Minke Gin is produced by the Clonakilty Distillery using whey sourced from the family farm which gives a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel to each delicious drop.

Rock Samphire, foraged by hand on the cliffs along their shoreline dominate, along with lavendar, lemon verbna, cardamon, and citrus.

Minke Irish Vodka scooped the Gold Award in the Smooth category at The Spirits Business Vodka Masters 2021, and was commended by judges for having a smooth taste, “with a nice creaminess and a good balance”. It was also noted by the panel for being “soft with a touch of peppery spice notes”.

Pot distilled Vodka using British Wheat, it is clean, crisp and with a subtle sweetness being backed up with notes of Vanilla and a hint of White Pepper. Sip neat freezing cold over ice or for a longer serve try serving with Lemon Tonic in a highball glass

Penderyn Distillery was founded by a group of friends who wished to create the first whisky distillery in Wales for over a century. The historic village of Penderyn on the southern tip of the Brecon Beacons was chosen due to the site’s own supply of fresh natural spring water. The distillery was launched in 2004 and has since become renowned for their range of superlative Welsh whiskies and spirits. FIVE is a premium 43% abv vodka made with using water from the Brecon Beacons National Park. It is distilled five times for maximum purity. FIVE gains a smooth fruit twist when we add a hint of barley spirit from our unique Penderyn still.
