In 1983 a Quebeckian named Pascal Marchand arrived in Burgundy to fulfil his dream of becoming a renowned wine grower and micro-negociant, and the rest as they say is history. Pascal ages each wine individually as each wine is unique and must be nurtured in a different way in order for the wine to express its full potential.
