Idle Assembly Rum is inspired by time spent in Dunmore Town on Harbour Island in the Bahamas, where one of the founders, David Flint Wood, has lived for almost thirty years.

A premium blend of rums from Trinidad, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, and Panama aged in ex-bourbon, white oak barrels for between 5 and 20 years and bottled at 43% without any additives

One of Embury's six basic drinks, the Sidecar is thought to have been invented around the end of the First World War either in London or Paris, traditionally involving cognac, triple sec, and lemon juice (it's also probably Ed's favourite cocktail even though it appears rarley on cocktail lists nowadays). This swaps in rum and lime juice, softening the drink and making it a little sweeter.

Virgin Oak Whisky, Cherrywood Bitters, Gum Sugar Chipper’s is a classic old fashioned cocktail, with the addition of cherry wood bitters which we make in-house by infusing cocktail bitters with whisky and pure cherry wood. The result is an indulgent combination of oak, spice and sweetness. On top of this the label itself is made of 100% cherry wood, making it a joy to touch. Drink chilled from the can, or pour into a rocks glass with good quality ice and orange peel garnish
