Blend. 100% País Location. Maule Valley Altitude. 193 M.A.S.L. Tasting Note. In the glass it presents a beautiful golden copper colour, pear and green apple flavours dominate the palate with zesty white pepper and a long complex finish Vinification Process. The vines grow naturally on trees surrounding the vineyards, harvesting is done by hand and requires the use of ladders (upto 5 meters long) to reach the grapes. Some of the bunches are naturally much lighter in colour than others and these are selected for the ‘White’. It is wild fermented with minimum temperature control. The wine is kept in clay amphora (tinajas), which accentuates micro-oxygenation and complexity. Finally, the wine is neither filtrated nor clarified Food Match. Pork, veal, chicken, game birds or dishes with cream sauces
