Scourmont Abbey was founded in 1850, and to honour the occasion they have crafted this limited release rather lovely blonde beer, fermented in bottle so be aware of a chunky sediment when pouring.

Chimay 175 is a refreshing beer that immediately reveals a rich aroma, where spicy and fruity notes blend elegantly. The nose reveals the freshness of citrus fruits, enhanced by the spiciness of cardamom and coriander. A hint of red apple adds a sweet, fruity touch, while subtle accents of aniseed and vanilla enrich the aromatic complexity. The richness continues on the palate, with the lively spices perfectly balanced by the citrus fruit's liveliness. The finish is dry and refined, fading gently to an elegant spiciness.

Titanic Brewery's regular Plum Porter Grand Reserve is based on their multi-award winning Plum Porter; The Grand Reserve is a darker, stronger version beer produced in limited volumes in the winter. It's matured in their conditioning tanks for 21 days. The longer process and added strength gives this beer an even deeper, richer flavour.

With the Grand Reserve Port Infused they have upped their game another step, infusing the Plum Porter Grand Reserve for even more richness and luxury. The perfect fireside pint on a dark, winter’s night!

Blandy's

The Jaime I brandy has been made with very old soleras aged from selected distilled white wines. Some of the soleras started off as distilled Parellada wines destined for our Torres 10 brandy, and which have been kept aside for many years to create a valuable reserve stock. These old reserves have been enriched with our best soleras, the oldest being 30 years old.

Torres Brandy

A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, drawn from 12 of the best vintages available in Maison Gardet's cellars. A blend that reflects the knowledge passed from generation to generation since the founding of the estate.

Champagne Gardet

Topaz with flashes of gold. A full-bodied nose of aromatic richness and hints of liquorice and touches of vanilla and cedar wood. Good length on the palate with a very smooth, layered finish.
