Rum, Lime, Sugar This classic bartender favourite is a simple but incomparable combination of caribbean rum, lime and sugar. Full strength, fresh and tart, as the classic daiquiri recipe intended. Drink chilled from the can, or pour into a coupe glass with lime garnish.

Vodka, Dry Vermouth, Olive Brine The OG umami cocktail, loathed and loved in equal proportions, is a challenge to some palates and a treat to others. This savoury classic is comprised of Vodka, dry vermouth and then "dirtied" with olive brine. Best served ice cold from the freezer, poured into a Nick & Nora or Martini glass with an olive garnish.

Classic ancient vine Semillon selected from 2 small plots, the oldest planted in 1905. The fruit for the Wildeberg wines comes from the Franschhoek Valley only, hand-harvested, naturally-fermented and gently matured in the mountain barrel hall on the farm. Restrained, delicate aromas with bright citrus fruit offset by savoury, waxy notes. The palate has an impactful attack of taut, stony, highly textural citrus tang and terrific mouthfeel. A subtle, beautifully balanced wine with layers of expression.

Taking grapes from Magaret River and Pemberton this is classic Aussie Chard- bold fresh fruit, toasty notes and and long fine acidity at the finish

With the colour of arterial blood, the nose reveals wild berries, rhubarb and custard. The palate is dense, concentrated and brooding opening to a rich mid-palate with cherry-stone fruit and bitter plum and a long finish with a gentle brick-like texture.

Alpha Box & Dice

Juicy bright flamboyant Montepulciano with a quickening beetroot tang. This has a really more-ish acidity with a bitter cherry attack crying out for fatty carpaccio.
