Thanks to the wonderful world of digital media we can interact with our customers in a variety of ways.
Whilst we prefer to interact with customers in the real world, we thought we might tray a little virtual tasting this weekend.
Using the discussion section of our facebook page we would like to encourage you to let us know when you are drinking one of our wines, if you like you please add tasting notes, nothing too technical just what you think; otherwise just tell us when and where you are drinking it.
I have started this off with a couple of notes on some of the wines I have been drinking this week.

There are tastings and then there are tastings and last month we served up the most phenomenal Italian Masterclass in the company of Michael Palij, Master of Wine, who steered us through some of his most recent discoveries (notably a Sardinian quartet which provided all the evidence you need of the revolution taking place in the island’s vineyards and cellars).
