Vaults Staff Tasting

April 22, 2010

At the Vaults Bar and Restaurant for their staff tasting last night, we had a fun and hopefully informative evening. The wines we chose were showing beautifully, some of the stars of the night were the Dr Loosen Estate Riesling which was elegant and racy as always and the Devils Corner Pinot Noir great summer siper from Tasmania.  Many thanks to Julian and all the staff that attended. To anybody that has not yet been, get to the Vaults on Newhall Hill near the Jewellery Quarter for great food and a warm atmosphere.
