Boon Duivelsbier Wild 6.5%

A brand that has been owned by the Boon family for decades. Previously only brewed once a year, they're now working to flesh out the brand and bring it back to life. Top fermented, luscious Belgian Dark Strong Ale, plenty of liquorice, raisin, and brown sugar notes to it.

The aroma of Cherry CHOUFFE gives pride of place to cherries. It also reveals notes of strawberry, almond, spices and sweet Port. Round-bodied, soft and delicate, Cherry CHOUFFE delights the gourmands among us. It has a satisfying finish, with a very slight bitterness.

Aroma Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries.
Flavour Sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer.
