CÎROC French Vanilla is a rich tasting spirit made with vodka distilled five times from fine French grapes. The spirit is masterfully infused with a distinctive blend of vanilla flavors from multiple sources such as Madagascar along with other natural flavors to give Ciroc French Vanilla its uniquely rich and creamy taste. Enjoy on the rocks, as a shot or mixed in your favorite cocktail.
The original recipe of Giulio Cocchi calls for the use of herbs such as Cinchona and rhubarb which lightly colour of brown the beautiful clear wine. In order to emphasize its amber tone, the addition of sugar browned on fire emphasizes its amber tone, giving together with colour also a special note to the taste: crunchy and cotton candy able to round all the bitter tastes without using vanilla.
A thrilling vermouth, rich in sensations: among the herbs and the aromatizing spices, Artemisia and citrus are the protagonists with their balanced bitter and citrusy notes which characterize Cocchi style.
A rich taste with vibrant notes of cocoa and bitter orange. From the infusion of some noble and balsamic woods, we have in the end light aromas of camphor and rosemary notes. Among the minor ingredients, herbs and woods with unique perfumes such as sandal, musk, myrrh and nutmeg.

The Dalmore 12 year old, with its intricate aromas and flavours, is recognised as a whisky with character far beyond its age. This was Andrew Mackenzie`s original masterpiece and stood apart from the norm of the day. At a time when it was standard practise to mature whisky for no more than 6 years, Andrew Mackenzie demonstrated his pioneering character by doubling the maturation period. His boldness truly paid off, The Dalmore 12 year old still stands apart as an exceptional whisky today, as it did then.
Matured for an initial nine years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, the spirit is then divided for its final flourish. One half remains in the bourbon barrels, while the other is transferred to exclusive 30 year old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem oloroso sherry butts before they are reunited to create this phenomenal whisky.
An evolution of The Dalmore house style, this 18 year old expression harnesses bolder notes. A robust and formidable whisky, The Dalmore 18 year old showcases the result of extended maturation and the influence of the wood.

There`s nothing aggressive about our Cranberry Tonic with Ginger.
Instead it`s a seductive mixer designed to pair the astringency of quinine with the perfectly balanced sweet`n`sour of cranberry, both warmly followed by ginger`s complex spiciness to linger lovingly on the palate. Blending a light summery aroma with a warm finish, this flavour was created to be the soulmate for all dark spirits.
While watermelon and cucumber are both part of the Cucurbitaceae plant family, watermelon’s natural sugars bring warmth and shine to the traditionally fresh savour of cucumber.
While cucumber has a traditional affinity for gin and lighter summer fizzes, the additional depth offered by watermelon allows our Cucumber & Watermelon mixer to support light rums, vodkas and other base spirits that require a little warmth to come to life.
Three different gingers combine to offer a complete taste experience: the first is spicy with a peppery base, the second has a peppery, citrus note and the third is a sweet, earthy flavour with a light zesty finish. Finally, we use a lime note that offers a fresh and juicy flourish to the mix.
We began by brightening the top of the quinine flavour with pink grapefruit and then we deepened the lower notes with a subtle hint of juniper berry to round out the angularity of quinine and lengthen the finish of the tonic, reducing the bitter after-taste to which many people object.
Aroma - Delicate and soft with a slightly fruity finish.
Often considered to be a superfood, pomegranate has a complex flavour profile that straddles sweet and tart but also offers a tannin note to provide body and structure to cocktails.
Basil, in the anise family, has always been renowned for lifting acidic flavours such as tomatoes and in a soft drink its peppery top note is a superb counterbalance to pomegranate, delivering a complex, exotic mid-taste that supports rather than overwhelming a mixed drink.
