Hussingtree Winter Gin

Strikingly smooth to taste and beautiful to behold in its iconic Bristol-blue glass bottle, this original, multi-award-winning 6 O’clock Gin was born in 2010, perfected from an old family gin recipe.

It has a soft and citrusy flavour, led by juniper, carefully balanced with coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, winter savory, elderflower and orange peel, all lovingly distilled for a deeply-delicious taste experience.

Inspired by the Minke Whales that swim wild off the Atlantic Ocean coastline, Minke Gin is produced by the Clonakilty Distillery using whey sourced from the family farm which gives a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel to each delicious drop.

Rock Samphire, foraged by hand on the cliffs along their shoreline dominate, along with lavendar, lemon verbna, cardamon, and citrus.

Cotswolds Dry Gin Essence is made using 10x the botanical concentration of the award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin. This adds up to a truly enormous amount of flavour per unit of alcohol which means you can use it to make a lighter & deliciously refreshing G&T with all of the flavour and 90% less alcohol than a standard 50ml serve. Each 5ml serve of essence contains just 0.23 units of alcohol and 14 calories. One bottle makes a total of 20 G&Ts. Simply add 5ml (5 pipettes or 1 teaspoon) of Cotswolds Dry Gin Essence to 200ml of your favourite tonic water and garnish with a slice of fresh pink grapefruit and a bay leaf.
