Tasting Note

Founded in 1625 in the Japanese foodie destination of Kanazawa, on the western side of Japan, Fukumitsuya Brewery is a “Junmai-Gura”- a brewery that makes only Junmai (no added alcohol) sakes. Named in honour of the in-house firefighters of the historic Kaga Mansion from the Edo era.
