Over 25 years later, the now multiple award winning brewery, still only uses hops from Worcestershire & Herefordshire with UK barley and recently went Gluten Free.

A chestnut coloured best bitter brewed with crystal malt to give a robust malt flavour. Challenger and Sovereign hops give a bitterness to balance any sweetness. A perfect partner to stews or rich meals.
