Idle Assembly Rum

Idle Assembly Rum is inspired by time spent in Dunmore Town on Harbour Island in the Bahamas, where one of the founders, David Flint Wood, has lived for almost thirty years.

A premium blend of rums from Trinidad, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, and Panama aged in ex-bourbon, white oak barrels for between 5 and 20 years and bottled at 43% without any additives

Warm oak spices, giner and cacao nibs on the nose followed more clove and cinnamon spicey notes, raisins, dried figs and maple syrup on the palate. It's not particualrly sweet but smooth and great as a sipping rum but does make amazing cocktails (see the Whitebox x Idle Assembly pre-made cans).
