Tasting Note

Bright yellow-golden colour. Intense and elegant nose, standing-out the tropical fruits aromas, excellently combined with vanilla notes and a touch of honey. In the mouth it is fresh, harmonious and attractive. A sweet wine, distinct and very balanced. Served fresh, simple or with dried fruits, it is the perfect aperitif. The well-balanced sweetness grants the perfect character to serve with foie-gras courses and fresh desserts, like fruits and ice-creams. Enjoy with a bavaroise of vanilla with plum sauce or with an apricot ice-cream. Serve at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
