Derrumbes' aim is simple; to take drinkers on a journey through Mexico's diverse range of agaves, terroirs and production techniques.

San Luis Potosi is a mezcal from the desert produced exclusively from the extensive wild agave Salmiana Crassispina that grows naturally in the High Plateau of San Luis Potosi. With not enough trees to support mezcal production, Maestro mezcalero Manuel Perez forages for dry Salmiana leaves and quiotes to use as fuel. The result is an incredibly unique mezcal that reflects the flavors of its surroundings like no other. This floral and herbaceous mezcal from the village of Charcas has just the right touch of sweetness to balance its delicate intensity.

Torres 10 has a dark topaz colour with hues of gold. Intense aroma with warm hints of cinnamon and vanilla. Complete and persistent finish with aromatic notes of oak.

Created in 1944 when legendary bartender, Victor "Trader Vic" Bergeron, shared his new drink with 2 Tahitian friends who exclaimed, “Mai Tai-Roa Aé!” a Tahitian phrase meaning “Out of this world, the best!” Pour your Mai Tai into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice, garnish with a half lime and sprig of mint.

Vodka Espresso Coffee Liqueur An authentic full strength espresso martini made by leading bartender Pietro Collina. The Espresso Martini is a sophisticated modern classic cocktail that combines vodka, espresso and coffee liqueur. Created in the 1980s by London bartender Dick Bradsell, it was born when a customer (legend has it this was supermodel Naomi Campbell) requested a drink to "wake me up and then **** me up." The cocktail became an instant hit, known for its bold coffee flavour and creamy froth. Staying true to this, our espresso martini is full strength, and full flavour. Chill well. Shake the can for at least 12 seconds to create foam, pour entire contents into a coupe glass (180-200ml glass). Garnish with 2-3 coffee beans.

This savoury classic is comprised of Vodka, dry vermouth and then "dirtied" with olive brine. Best served ice cold from the freezer, poured into a Nick & Nora or Martini glass with an olive garnish.
