Founded by four friends — Julian Diaz, acclaimed restaurateur; Agustin Camps, former marketing whizz for IBM, Nestlé, and Diageo; Martín Auzmendi, journalist and founder of Buenos Aires Cocktail Week and La Maratón de Pizza; and, perhaps most intriguingly, Sebastián Zuccardi, the multiple award-winning third-generation winemaker — La Fuerza was born from their shared frustration at the lack of a truly great Argentinian vermouth.
The base of Torrontés is infused with over thirty botanicals sourced from Mendoza and the Andes, creating a beautifully balanced vermouth with a bright, citrus-forward profile. It makes an excellent wet martini — try a 1:1 ratio and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

These wines began their life as Manzanillas and then the flor was allowed to die away so they continued their maturation with exposure to the air in the barrel. Therefore the wine has a deep topaz colour with roasted almond character yet retains the characteristic tangy flavour of Manzanilla. This wine has been slightly sweetened with Pedro Ximenez to give it a raisined edge.
