Founded in 1997 in Knightwick by the Clift family with the intention of using hops grown at the family farm to make beer to sell in their pub, The Talbot. Over 25 years later, the now multiple award winning brewery, still only uses hops from Worcestershire & Herefordshire with UK barley and recently went Gluten Free.
All the easy drinking virtues of a light ale. Brewed with Worcestershire Challenger and Goldings hops to give a vivid hop aroma and a subtle bitterness. Perfect with a light lunch or to quaff on it's own.

A straw-coloured bitter which initially seems sweet, but a complex dry, hoppy taste soon predominates.
