After opening their distillery in 2019, Clonakilty now proudly presents their Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, finally ready to be enjoyed. Crafted from 100% Cork-grown barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills at the distillery, it is matured in their Atlantic Ocean warehouse, where the coastal influence plays its part.

Aged in a combination of ex-Bourbon and Amontillado casks, the whiskey offers flavours of sweet vanilla and kiwi, with notes of caramelised pear and dark chocolate adding depth and richness.
