The grapes come from high-altitude vineyards in Aigialia, a province of Achaia on the northwestern coast of Peloponnese. This mountainous area has a Mediterranean climate, with cooling inxuences from the proximity to the sea.
Bright aromas of lemons and grapefruits are followed by more pithy citrus flavours on the palate. The fresh finish has an appealing saline note with a vibrant, herbal lift.
