The first oraganic fizz from Chile. Method Traditionalle with 6 months of lees aging this shoes a fresh pineapple nose over a biscuity palate with a touch of fresh apricot all freshened by that natural acidity inherent in the bubbles.

Pale gold in colour with a fine mousse. It is rich and aromatic on the nose, well balanced on the palate and shows great finesse and complexity.
