Produced across two sites in Tokat and Cappadoccia, this is a really interesting blend of 35% Narince, 35% Emir and 30% Sultaniye. It has a slightly spicy, herbal nose with an aniseed edge. Dry and mineral with a savoury note on the finish.
Black, meaty and appealing on the nose. There are complex aromas of ripe red fruit mixed with notes of wood. The palate is soft and has round, voluptuous tannins resulting in a good balance and fantastic length.
The nose has jasmine tea notes with white pepper held together by a fine sandy structure. On the palate there are bright floral and mineral nuances with a lingeringly spicy, ginger and exotic finish. A hugely and broadly appealing and accessible Gewürz.
