Tasting Note

Produced from around 40 year-old bush vines, sustainably farmed on the typical red clay soils of the region. Fermented for 14 days, with malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Then the wine spends 6 months in French oak.

Appealing aromas of raspberry and a touch of slate. The palate has fresh, vibrant berry fruits, minerality and lightly smoky, spicy notes. An intense and broad wine balanced by refreshing acidity.
