Tasting Note

Taché is a French word meaning `stained` and refers to the rare winemaking method used since 1985 by Taltarni to create this fine and attractive salmon-pink coloured sparkling wine. With a fine persistent bead, Taltarni’s Taché expresses an assortment of red currant, ripe strawberry and rose petal aromas and complex yeast characters. It is well balanced between acidity and sweetness with a creamy texture - a truly elegant sparkling rosé.
