This is the most extraordinary wine, a very delicious, well-made fizz that is really quite delicate - and made from Pais, the most widely grown grape in southern Chile, and one that is usually scorned as barely worthy of making civilised wine.
Pale rose in colour, with fine and persistent bubbles. Notes of red fruits and citrus dominate. On the palate, fresh, lively, and genuine.
A medium bodied wine with a savoury nose and slight cedar characters. Ripe, yet soft tannins complement the aromas of plump dark, red fruit and ripe strawberries with a hint of dark chocolate and cocoa on the nose.
