Carefully crushed, destemmed and must-chilled to press. Fermented in stainless steel at 12º to 14ºC for 20 days and bottled early to preserve the intense fruit flavours of this grape variety. Aroma. Intense notes of passion fruit and greengage with a hint of lime.Palate. Ripe tropical flavours, full palate with a fresh acid finish.
A medium bodied wine with a savoury nose and slight cedar characters. Ripe, yet soft tannins complement the aromas of plump dark, red fruit and ripe strawberries with a hint of dark chocolate and cocoa on the nose.
