Despite only having a fews years as a winery under their belt, Bibo Runge are an outfit that's going somewhere, and in a hurry. 2016 saw Stuart Pigott award them ‘Discovery of the Year’, after only a year or two in operation
Hargardun is a single vineyard wine, its name coming from the old spelling of the local town, Hallgarten. After gentle pressing in a basket press the juice was cooled and put into 1200l barrels where it took 6-8 months for the spontaneous fermentation to complete. The result is powerful and multi-faceted, a Riesling of real power and depth.

Classic Provence rosé, expressive and aromatic, blending fresh cherries and floral notes alongside more exotic fruits then finishing with a soft round palate packed with peach and raspberry.
Very pure, round and flavorful supported by beautiful acidity adding body and volume. There is a fine and elegant aromatic framework enhancing length Beautiful, sharp structure. - Winemakers Note
Dark plum, leather and delicate violet aromas, plus notes of woodsmoke and brown spice. A full, firm and ripe red with rich, powerful flavours. All balanced by ripe tannins, complex savoury notes and a long finish.Araldica
