Light, crunchy style of red from a variety that was, until recently, Chile’s most widely planted grape. Derided for years as fit for no more than "jug wines" and eschewed by the country’s larger producers, Pais is, at last, emerging from the shadows of its better known cousins as a new generation of growers embrace its idiosyncrasies and recognise the food-friendly charm of their very own Cinderella varietal. Harvested from the surrounding trees that these old vines have adopted as their home, this has a brightness and scimitar-sharp acidity that is the perfect foil for the rich, hearty dishes, shaking the palate back into life and creating a sense of harmony that would have the Beach Boys weeping tears of joy.

A celebration of Mendoza - the colour, culture and flavour and a celebration of friendship. A really pure expression of Malbec, bright red & juicy, rich chocolate flavours with a lick of oak to round out the edges. Muy, muy fantasticó – richly bloody, vibrant, Latin and velveteen.

Beautiful crimson very deep, very and intense. The nose is complex with notes of black fruits, ripe red fruit, plum, mixed with toasted notes of toast, vanilla bean. This wine is very concentrated in the mouth, with tight tannins, fat, volume, mocha, blackberry, roundness and fine tannins on the finish.

Classic Provence rosé, expressive and aromatic, blending fresh cherries and floral notes alongside more exotic fruits then finishing with a soft round palate packed with peach and raspberry.

One of my favourite white discoveries of last year; crisp, fresh and elegant with classic varietal character and a mouthwatering finish. - Chris Connolly
