This wine is made with grapes coming from two different plots, Les Longeroies and the En la Poulotte. Les Longeroies, located on a hill side facing south-east at an altitude between 268 and 312 meters, is very steep at the top of the vineyard and then gradually gets flatter in the lower part. This plot is one of the best in Marsannay. En la Poulotte is located in the village of Couchey, just South of MarsannayMaison Marchand-Tawse
Nice ruby color. Expressive nose, combining red fruit aromas (raspberry, blackberry) and burnt notes. After a frank and silky attack, mouth appears balanced. Fine tannins, a smooth oak and a fruity aromatic return give much elegance to this bottle. An elegant finish completes the charm of the Château de Saint- Pey 2015.Chateau de Saint-Pey
