All the hop character and aroma expected from an old school IPA but with a lower ABV. Extra pale in colour, this reviving beer is easy drinking with a lovely citrus aroma and a light bitterness. We all need to take stock of little victories every now and then.
Pale Ale malt provides the base, Carapils and Wheat added for body, along with Dextrose and Lactose. Cascade hops for bittering. Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe in the whirlpool and dry hop addition. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain.
A straw-coloured bitter which initially seems sweet, but a complex dry, hoppy taste soon predominates.
Probably the best example of the traditional Black Country style of bitter. No better partner to a lunchtime snack!
This dry-hopped pale ale is deliciously refreshing. The nose has hints of pine and honey. Packed full of flavour from citrus-heavy hops with a twist of fresh lime to create a crisp, zesty beer. We serve it cold from the fridge in a straight sided half pint glass and enjoy it on its own, with a spicy Thai curry or a well-stacked chicken burger.
