Vienna lager base, aged in American Oak for 9 months. The medium-toast barrel has just enough char to strike a balance between drawing out butterscotch flavours and imparting vanilla notes. A touch of sourness rounds out the beer and pulls everything together.

A whirlpool addition of juniper imparts a gentle botanical aroma and pairs perfectly with the soft, fruity plumbiness of the sloe juice. A simple malt base of Maris Otter and wheat allow the berries shine through, whilst a fresh acidity balances the sweetness, leading to a bright, fresh finish.
