Vinification Process: Entire berry fermentation takes place in small concrete vats, over 7 days at 25°C, four pump overs a day. Undergoes malolactic fermentation and natural cold stabilization, no oak contact

A fresh wine with a lovely hue, bursting with aromas of ripe guava, pineapple, kiwi, green apple and a hint of strawberry, ending with a well-balanced acidity and a lingering finish.
A Sancerre highlighted by its typicity with a delicate nose with aromas of white flesh fruits and citrus which continues on the palate with added exotic fruit, subtle yet powerful.
