Our 10-year-old offers whisky drinkers the perfect introduction to the Springbank range. Matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, it is perfectly balanced from the first sip through to the full, rich finish.

St. Germain is made from fresh, ephemeral elderflowers harvested by hand once a year. The harvesting season lasts for approximately three to four weeks in late spring when the flavour and aroma of the flowers are at their peak. The quality and freshness of St. Germain depends entirely on the quality and character of the elderflower blossom.
As with any recipe, precision is essential for delivering consistent quality. St. Germain is made charmingly slow, utilizing age-old French techniques, starting with maceration. The traditional process of maceration is a dynamic one, infusing warm water with the aroma and flavour of the finest, freshest elderflowers over the course of several hours. The all-natural elderflower infusion is then carefully decanted and filtered to remove its flowers and stems. The quality, aroma, and flavour of each infusion is diligently inspected before it is blended with previous mixtures, the result of which creates the exact fragrance and flavour profile of the elixir that will eventually become St. Germain. The final 100% natural elderflower infusion is then skillfully blended with eau-de-vie de vin, water, sugar, and neutral grain spirit to, at last, create our beloved St. Germain.
Normally Tequila at this price point is really best suited for blending in a Maragrita but Tapatio have really over-delivered here. Well-balanced with a rich, almost nutty, texture enlivened by fresh citrus and clean cool mint. A great introduction to what a Blanco Tequila should be.
A contemporary take on a classic London Dry, we use fragrant handpicked Devon violets and fresh orange zest to deliver an aromatic sensation unlike any other. We like to think the result is comparable to stumbling upon a beautiful orange blossom in the middle of a crisp, dry pine forest.
A modern take on the classic French aniseed Spirit and the first Pastis to be made in the UK.
Tarquin's Cornish Navy Seadog Gin has been awarded Best Gin at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2017 (the Oscars of the spirits world) - what else do you need to know really?
An inviting nose where vanilla and spice dances with bright sweet notes of Rum. While being very approachable the influence of the rum cask and higher percentage alcohol creates a unique smooth, sweet, slightly woody marriage that sparkles on the tongue. A sweet spice finish complimented by woody undertones.
An aged brandy with a dark noble amber color. The aroma is deep and warm with traces of dried fruit and nuts. It displays elegant notes of spices (vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg). Lush and unctuous on the palate.
Veritas is a collaboration between three industry giants; Foursquare, Hampden Estate and Velier. Legendary rum bottlers Velier have bought together fantastic Coffey still rum and 2 year old pot-still rum from top Bajan producers Foursquare with typically funky pot-still rum from Jamaica's Hampden Estate.
Rather than going down the accepted route for white rums and vigourously filtering and stripping any hint of colour or haziness out of the rum Velier have allowed the natural yellow tinge from the 2 year old pot still component to remain, alongside all the flavours that would have been a casualty in the quest for completely colourless crystal clear spirit.
Far more depth of flavour than a mass produced white rum - there's ripe banana and sweet pineapple laid out alongside some delicate citrus. You'll also find hints of cinnamon, all-spice, a little creamy vanilla and a touch of caramel.
In their own words -
VIDDA is our interpretation of a traditional British dry gin infused with Nordic botanicals.
Our philosophy is to source locally grown botanicals which emphasise the provenance of our gin. VIDDA's recipe uses botanicals that grow wild in the nature of the Nordics. A selection of mountain herbs and spices accentuate the flavours found on the Norwegian mountain-plains, each contributing to the balance of our spirit. Inspired by Norway's majestic beauty, VIDDA is a floral-forward gin with meadowsweet and heather flower balanced by an intense juniper backbone.
In Norway we experience short intense growing seasons that greatly impact the flavour of the wild herbs and botanicals that grow in the forests around us. We use 11 natural botanicals to create the distinct aroma and taste of VIDDA - Juniper, heather, yarrow, chamomile flower, bilberry, angelica root, meadowsweet, sorrel, elderflowers, pine shoots.
Its unique character and strong notes of cardamom and nutmeg make it intensely warm and smooth, a true pioneer in its class. Robust enough to create a moreish and refreshing gin and tonic but smooth enough to sing in a martini.
Made using a crop of rhubarb originally grown in the kitchen garden of Buckingham Palace during the reign of Queen Victoria.
The rhubarb juice is extracted using a traditional fruit press and blended with our Harrington Dry Gin to produce an alluring pink gin that is voluptuous on the palate with a sweet and tangy royal rhubarb explosion.
Sloe berries, juniper, coriander seed, elderflower, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, angelica root, orange peel, lemon peel, plus a secret ingredient…
A taste for adventure and discovery runs through all eight generations of the Whitley Neill family tree. So it should come as no surprise that at the turn of the century, Frederick Neill found himself on a voyage through Persia, where he discovered a range of exotic fruit, herbs and spices to add inspiration to the Greenall Whitley family’s collection of Gin recipes. While there, he was surprised to discover quince fruits growing in the ancient mountains. And it’s the unmistakable sweet tang of Turkish quince, blended with a heady mix of Persian herbs and spices that gives Whitley Neill Quince Gin its distinctive, alluring taste. A handcrafted gin of exceptional quality, with a flavour that’s as rich as its ancestry.
The aroma of fresh stone fruits appears immediately, gently followed by hints of juniper and citrus zest. The distinctive flavour of quince dominates the palate, giving way to the sweetness of apricots and peaches, with a long, fruity finish that opens out into orange blossoms and zesty grapefruits.
