By dry hopping at a higher rate than normal for a Pale Ale, using a combination of our favourite hops from the US and New Zealand, Cloudwater wanted to create a session beer saturated in flavour that doesn’t lose anything in drinkability.

Squashed is a Fruited Sour Ale – part of Gipsy Hill's Sour Series. Squashed beers are made for maximum fruit impact. This one is made with 220/g of fruit per litre, thats 22% of the can. Brewed with layers of lychee, gooseberry and elderflower. It’s light, fresh and tart – a spritzy summer crusher!
Helles is a classic German-style pale lager, popularised in Bavaria. It is a style that is subtle, delicate and designed to showcase malt flavours, with a crisp finish and very little hop bitterness. A long lagering period is used to achieve a beer that is bright, clean and refreshing.

Pendler is a Northern German style Pilsner. Clean and crisp, with a light kick of melon and spice on the nose. Tettnanger, Mittlefruh and Spalter play incredibly well together, giving zesty citrus and spice notes with a pronounced noble hop bitterness.
